My research content spans health and wellness, chronic illnesses, bio-longevity, neurosciences, epigenetics, gut microbiome, biohacking, spirituality, and mental health on many platforms. I have written for a major magazine and am a ghostwriter for VIP contributors and authors. I also offer editing or content writing.
