People often come to me with a story that matters—and a worry that it’s too complex, too personal, or too hard to shape into something readers will actually finish. My work is helping you turn health, wellness, and lived-experience material into clear, compelling writing that sounds like you and holds up in the real world.

I’m a professional ghostwriter and author-strategist. That means I’m not here to “make it pretty.” I’m here to help you build a book or thought-leadership content that’s honest, readable, and ready for the market—without losing your voice or your integrity.

What It's Like to Work With A Ghost

I partner with leaders, founders, clinicians, educators, and lived-experience authors, especially in health and wellness, who want to communicate with clarity and care. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in respect for sensitive material. I don’t make medical claims, and I’m careful about how personal stories are handled on the page.

I will, however, use credible, science-backed sources to cite the medical reporting that supports your story — should it fit!

My process is structured, collaborative, and straightforward. We start with a 20-minute fit call to talk through your goals, your story, and whether we’re a good match. If we decide to move forward, I’ll outline the scope, deliverables, timelines, and expectations so everything is clear from the start.

Research and Credible Sources

From there, I conduct thorough research and interviews to gain a deep understanding of your material. I prioritize using credible sources to support medical claims, ensuring the information is accurate and trustworthy. This includes:

  • Peer-reviewed journals

  • Reputable medical organizations

  • Government health agencies

  • Subject Matter Expert interviews and testimonials

I draft the content, you review it, and we refine it together until the voice feels authentic and true to your vision. Once we have a polished draft, I handle the final edits to ensure the writing is clean, professional, and ready for the next step—whether that’s pitching, publishing, or building your platform.

Two things I’m known, as well, for are voice-matching and plain-English storytelling. I listen closely to how you speak and how you think, then I translate that into writing that feels natural, clear, human, and easy to follow. When the topic is technical or emotionally layered, I keep it accessible without flattening it.

My writing is human-crafted. I use ethical AI tools only for administration and idea support, not for the actual writing.

I take on a small number of projects each year, typically two to three. That’s intentional. It lets me give each client the time, attention, and care the work deserves.

If you’re looking for a ghostwriter who can handle sensitive material, match your voice, and shape a market-ready book or authority content with you, book a 20-minute fit call. If it’s a match, we’ll map out the next steps clearly and move forward with confidence.
